Therapy
- Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a focused, private space to work on what isn't working in your life—internally or relationally. Men often come in around stress, mood, anger, motivation, identity, or relationship problems, even if they wouldn't describe themselves as "depressed" or "anxious." The work is both reflective and active: understanding patterns, developing emotional range, and making concrete changes in how you relate, decide, and live.
- Couples Therapy
Couples therapy helps partners step out of cycles of conflict, distance, and misattunement and into a clearer, more functional way of relating. For men, this often means learning how emotional processes, communication styles, and defensive habits shape the relationship—sometimes without intention. The work focuses on improving emotional access, reducing reactivity, rebuilding trust, and creating a relationship that feels more connected, stable, and workable.

Groups and Community
Growth often happens best in the company of other men facing similar challenges. In 2026, we are organizing a variety of groups and events including a monthly lecture series on men's issues, a new father's group, and a group for men going through divorce.
- Coming Soon: Monthly Men's Lecture Series: An ongoing series focusing on a variety of issues relevant to the modern man.
- New Fathers Group: Supporting men as they transition into fatherhood and manage the sacrifices of family life.
